Hannick Hall Family Center

Originally a 2-story manor house with wings to the north and south, Hannick Hall is being used as an intensive residential drug rehabilitation facility for women and their children. Although somewhat suitable to the purpose, the age of the home, maintenance difficulties and the layout under performs for the task at hand. The project includes both the renovation of the entire building and 2,575 SF of additions.

Construction phasing is an essential part to this project. As a rehabilitation center with a waiting list, it was a requirement that the facility remain open with no more than a 15% loss in beds during each phase of construction. To accommodate, we create five separate construction phases to ensure our client’s satisfaction.
